Refund Policy
We at Curly Girl Hair and Beauty strive to provide quality products and exceptional service to all our customers. We understand that there may be instances when you our valued customer may change your mind and wish to change an order.
Hence, we have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. However we DO NOT offer REFUNDS for goods sold.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse exchange of items if they do not meet our criteria.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
